I have known Vik Reddy for over 15 years. He grew tremendously over the years at Stanford, rapidly acquiring the skills necessary to become a senior embryologist and a prominent figure on the IVF team. He was involved in mentoring new staff, setting the standards for our procedures, and working with me on research projects.
He was also knowledgeable about compliance in the IVF lab. He became the person leading our CAP accreditations. Not only is Vik a nice person, he is polite, professional, and was a pleasure to work with.
